Everyone has sad and worried feelings sometimes. People can choose to bounce back, just like a ball bounces back. You can bounce back even when you have a worrying, unhappy or sad times in your day. It will get better, maybe not straight away, but it helps to look on the bright side of life. One bad thing in your day doesn’t need to spoil everything else.
